The Kartpol company operates with the production of traditional flap boxes of various dimensions, as well as non-standard, tailor-made packaging adapted to individual customer needs, and with the production of flat and rotary die-cuts, located in the register of the international Fefco cardboard packaging.

The packaging is made on the basis of own machine park, thanks to which the company gains independence and flexibility of cooperation as well as the possibility of constant monitoring of production quality. Our own transport, assisted by selected trusted forwarding companies, is a guarantee of keeping the delivery deadlines and being reliable. For more demanding customers, Kartpol also offers sustaining fixed inventory of selected packaging.

Out of concern for the environment, Kartpol has begun cooperation with paper mills, thanks to which all waste paper produced in the packaging production process is reused as a raw material in the cycle of paper and corrugated cardboard production. The use of raw material - corrugated cardboard from the best manufacturers on the domestic and international market allows to maintain high strength parameters that meet the requirements of each customer.

 

The Kartpol company offers a wide range of 3-ply corrugated cardboard 3W, E, B, C and 5-ply, 5W, BC, BE, gray, one-sided or both-sided bleached, two-layer cardboard in reels and forms.

Our products are used for packing by companies from many industries: chemical, food, furniture, cosmetics, printing, etc. We use flexographic printing on packaging, offering a 2 - colour palette.

The beginning of the adventure with paper, paper board, and cardboard dates back to 1997, when the KRAUPOL company was founded, located in Plewno, near Świecie nad Wisłą. In 1999, it gave rise to the company KARTPOL Z.P.U.H. Urszula Podgórska. Since then, the company has been dynamically developing its activity in the field of production of corrugated cardboard packaging.

The Kartpol company employs about 60 people of Polish, Ukrainian and Belarusian nationality. The office staff consists of 10 people, the remaining employees are production workers and drivers. The company is characterized by a 3-shift work system. The priority for us is well-prepared and specialized technical staff, systematically trained, creative and introducing their own innovations. High quality products leaving the Kartpol production halls meet the requirements of our customers and are created to meet their needs.

In 2011, we completed the project: ''The growth of Kartpol's competitiveness through the expansion and purchase of machinery for the production of cardboard and paper packaging''. The project was co-financed by the European Union. Thanks to the EU subsidy, we modernized the production halls, expanded the warehouse space, automated the technological lines and increased the number of employees, both production and office ones. Modernization of the Plant allows us to additionally accept new partners and establish cooperation with them.

In addition, we received the title of belonging to the elite club of Gazelles of Business - a group of the most dynamically developing companies.

To increase the trust of customers, enrich the image of Kartpol, acquire new customers and thus increase the company's revenues, we have implemented the FSC certificate, i.e. the Council for Sustainable Forest Management, which confirms that the raw materials used for the production of corrugated cardboard packaging come from where the principle of proper forest management is carried out.

The label "FSC Recycled" means that the entire cardboard from which the product was made comes from recycled materials.

The "FSC Mix" label means that the wood within the product comes from FSC-certified materials, recycled or from controlled wood, is not obtained illegally, in violation of customary and civil rights, from forests where particular nature values are threatened, transformed into plantations or non-forest forms of use, and where genetically modified trees are grown.

Regardless of the type of FSC label, the recipient of the finished product can be sure that it has not been produced at the expense of forest, animals, plants or people who depend on it.
